Day one: stop negotiating with neglect
Self-respect starts with promises small enough to keep tonight. Check these off. Progress saves in this browser.
- Hygiene: shower, teeth, nails, clean clothes ready for tomorrow.
- Room: make the bed, clear one surface, take out trash. Your environment teaches you who you are.
- Body: train or walk at least thirty minutes. No debate.
- Food: one real meal with protein; start a water target you can finish.
- Attention: twenty-four hours off rage feeds and hopeless forums. Replace with a walk, a book, or silence.
- Human: one real exchange offline or by voice — not likes. A cashier counts. A roommate counts.
- Direction: one sentence: “In ninety days I will be the kind of man who ___.”
- Sleep: set a bedtime that makes seven hours possible. Defend it.
- Texting: no novel to someone who didn’t ask. Logistics only if you’re dating.
- Honesty: write the real reason you’ve been stuck — without blaming women as a class.
